JIRA Cloud to Pagerduty using JQL

Hi,
We added a new extension for Jira Cloud as per https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/jira-cloud.
Pagerduty to JIRA is working fine. But JIRA to Pagerduty using the JQL is not working.
